Welcome to Fixiya (fixiya.app). By using this website or joining the Fixiya waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Nature of the Fixiya Platform
Fixiya is a technology connection marketplace that connects customers seeking home repairs with independent technicians. Fixiya is not a repair or construction company, does not employ technicians, does not hold parts inventory, and does not provide repair warranties or insurance.
2. Waitlist & Referral Rules
Joining the waitlist is free and grants early access notifications as Fixiya opens in Lahore. Referral priority credits count only when a referred person verifies their email address, are capped at 20 verified referrals per person, and prohibit self-referrals, automated scripts, or disposable email accounts.
3. Technician Verification & Fees
Technician waitlist signups must complete an in-person CNIC check and a hands-on skill test with their own tools at the Fixiya Central Office in Lahore before activation on the app. Once live, technicians pay a flat Rs. 300 fee per confirmed booking from a prepaid wallet, with zero commission on the repair amount.
